During an application for our Scholarship, applicants are required to provide us certain types or categories of information regarding themselves, as applicable, including, but not limited to:
· Name, gender, date of birth, address, email address and other personally identifiable information – via the application form
· income and financial information – via a copy your FAFSA application
· educational information – via high school transcripts
In submitting your application, you agree to our usage of this information to make scholarship decisions. You and not NASRA Foundation are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide us.
We may use your information, including your personally identifiable information, to:
· Provide you information regarding the Scholarship;
· Verify the information you provide to us;
· Communicate directly with you in the future, including, without limitation, by sending you emails containing information about your scholarship application;

We will NOT share any of your information, including your personally identifiable information except for the sole purpose of providing scholarship funds to your University should you be granted the scholarship and/or in these situations:

We only accept applications via email and rely on Google security for your information in transit and while stored in Gmail. Once your application is received, only our review committee who need the information to determine scholarship eligibility and make scholarship decisions will have access to your information. Once the scholarships are chosen and paid out, the application information is permanently deleted from our account unless retention is required to comply with law.
